Bio:
Anna Nierenberg's main research interests are dark matter and galaxy evolution. She studies strong gravitational lenses to detect low-mass dark matter halos and infer the particle properties of dark matter. She also uses statistical measurements of galaxy populations to study the evolution of low mass galaxies across cosmic time.
