Teaching Assistant Pre-appointment Survey

In preparation for the upcoming semester, please submit this survey to aid Physics Department Staff in appointing you to a Teaching Assistant section. Ultimately, your assignments will be based on departmental need and your availability outside of your own course schedule, but we will certainly consider any outside factors such as transportation needs or prior commitments.
